Are there any songs that you associate strongly with different lovers throughout your life? One of mine is "Lola" - not because the relationship was anything like the one in the lyrics, but because the girl enjoyed the song and told me what it's actually about. I clearly remember lying in bed with her in the soft moonlit glow of her dorm room (I think for the first time) with the radio lightly playing in the background, and "Lola" came on. Whenever I hear that song now, it's strangely both comforting and exciting. lol
