To be fair… the angel did actually CHOOSE to have the office opposite to Death.. :)
I'm both happy and annoyed by this strip… mostly due to the hallway in the middle panel. The point I've always wanted to have with the afterlife here was that each office is seperate from everything else, but the perception of what the afterlife is to most people would force the fluffy clouds thing… So the effect is an entire building full of walls all painted to look like the sky. Except that it's not a painting.. It's a hard concept to explain.. you can safely ignore my ramblings here.. Sorry about that
