Okay. Here, Liz deliberates over Pulse's locket. She naturally recognizes him in his Kingdom Ashes military uniform, and identifies him as a soldier. This shows that she has some knowledge of the world outside Savage Paradise, and might not have lost her memory, like Pulse did.

The inverted-color panels are Liz's own flashbacks. In them, we see that she narrowly escaped death at the hands of robot soldiers, and only because her parents protected her. Whether or not they were killed, I won't say at this point.

Also, we've come to the first direct Sonic the Hedgehog reference in Lifeblood. In the seventh panel, those imposing-looking figures are SWAT-Bots, directly controlled robotic servants of Dr. Ivo Robotnik. Remember, though, that Lifeblood is set 100 years in Sonic's the future, so it's highly unlikely that Robotnik himself is still controlling them. This, of course, begs the question of who exactly is controlling them. We'll see…
