Well, this is technically the twenty-fifth page of Linked Fate, if the cover is included in the count. Thankfully, I am really happy with this page, as is befitting a special three page update such as this. The only thing I dislike is the writing on the scroll, which I messed up the orientation of the text with relation to the scroll parchment.

Anyways, this is the first page to actually show proper Unuon mage/ paladin attire. Marcus is wearing the proper attire (while Light is/ does not), which generally consists of the cape and rank mantle as well as breastplate with attached plates hanging down to protect the legs. Also included is armor covering the arms and back of the hands and a sword. Most Unuon mages use their swords as both a weapon and a shield, which is why the blade is so large. The armor is also enchanted with runes (visible on the elbow guards) that enhance the durability and defensive capability of the armor. Light's armor, as a side note, is theoretically made of a blue crystalline substance, which is an actual material. It will be mentioned and explained in more detail later on.
Beyond that, this page represents a bit of a transition in Lockre's age as can be seen in the first panel specifically and the first line of the page in general. While up to this point Lockre has been four or five years of age, this represents the first real concrete definition of age he has. At this point, Lockre is nine years old, nearly ten years old.

Oh, for those interested, the scroll in the first panel is a chapter on the Sekechi and includes their symbol (the circle with the kind of oval pointing out of it). This brings up a couple points about the writing in the Union, which is based on scrolls that are divided up into sections that are meant to be read two at a time from left to right while these segments are read from right to left as one unrolls the scroll. The other point is the actual text which can be seen on the scroll. Yes, the scroll does actually say something intelligible, and I will post an English translation guide up on the forum at some point. Until then however, if anyone wants to attempt to decode it feel free to, there is a prize (either a couple/ a few extra updates or a requested picture, your choice so long as it is nothing unreasonable). It is not easy to translate though, I will say that much, although I will say that the symbols outlined by a box are capital letters.

Also, this page is where Light gains the ability to use Order magic as is typical of paladins, thus he gains an actual form beyond that of the little orb.
