El Cid sez: This short was originally published in my now-defunct "Certified Monster" comic back in 2010, and I'm honored that Genejoke saw fit to introduce it to a new audience here on Lite Bites.

"Billy Wagg" was written completely by Skreem, as part of the discontinued comedic series "Filf," so it's 100 percent Skreem, right down to the storyboarding. All I did was provide the illustrations on this one. Enjoy!
