The floor is now open. Any takers for doing the next page?

In an effort to keep things moving here's some guidelines.

1. If there's no volunteer after a week I will make the next page.

2. First to volunteer gets to do the next page and ideally not two pages in a row.

3. Please only volunteer if you are fairly confident you can complete the page within two weeks. delays will no doubt happen though so don't feel pressured. Just keep in touch.

4. If you have an idea but no time to illustrate it, I'm happy to do the visuals.

Should anyone have any ideas for how to run it or ways they can help, let me know.
