You might wonder why Dave's kill counter is zero, and Robin's death counter is only one, when Dave has killed at least one guy and Robin has died twice. The simple explanation for this is that the counter resets at area shifts. Robin has only died once in the biosphere area, and Dave hasn't done a thing in the temple area.

You might also point out that Robin and Charlie killed only like five people in the last page, but there's stuff going on between the panels and pages too.
