Yeah, seriously considering getting a mac. Or possibly a linux. Maybe I'll look into one of those lesser known types too.

In my ongoing quest to extend my graphic novel collection, I've been lately deciding to try and build on my Marvel collection, since I have about 26 DC books (Not counting 10 Vertigo books) and only 13 Marvels.

Now let me just say one thing, I have about five Spiderman graphic novels (3 from the normal universe and 2 from Ultimate Spidey) but I have no interest in getting any more. Now you might think me a dumb ass, since Spidey is awesome, but unfortunately one man's writing completely killed my hunger for those graphic novels. J. Michael Straczynski.

I'm sorry if you're a fan of his, but I find his work absolutely boring. This guy was so bad he turned me off Spiderman forever. And I know there are still good writers out there who have done wonders for the character, but I have no interest in them. So I beg of you all to please give me the name of a Spiderman graphic novel that will restore my love for him.

On a happier note, I picked up Punisher MAX #1. After I got over my shock at seeing the word fuck in a Marvel comic (I didn't notice the Explicit Content warning) I got into it. Garth Ennis has gotten himself a fan. I am definitely coming back for more, be it normal Punisher or the other Max volumes. I'll also take a look around for Preacher or something else by Ennis.
