Probably the biggest news story in the local area every year, is the 12 Hours of Sebring race. If has been a tradition for the local town folk to go make a complete ass out of themselves, and act like they are at Woodstock, for as long as I know. However the current Sheriff has made it her goal to clean up the parties and make more of a famliy atmosphere. Some people are upset that they are being denied their natural god given rights to get drunk and high, take off their clothes, and run around like idiots… others are ok with it… guess it depends on what floats your boat.
