Retiring Cool

County Administrator Carl Cool is retiring… in 11 months, granted he only needed to give a 90 day notice, but class act Carl decided that 3 months wasn't nearly enough.

If I were retiring… even if it was in 11 months, I'd be counting down… and I figure most people are the same way.
