This is one of my new favorite comics, and I hope everyone else likes it too. As it turns out, Harder Hall has become such a treasure trove of comics that this is like my 4th or 5th one… I don't even remember. For everyone not following along the building has a storied history and has been sitting abandoned for years with many people trying to revitalize it and bring it back to glory… all have failed, and now it has been dumped on the city, who is trying desperately to sell it off to someone willing to take another crack at bringing back the beautiful building.

However, the ghosts of Harder Hall do not seem to want to give up their haunting grounds, and have cursed every developer to come anywhere near the project.

The latest news is the second potential buyer has pulled out of his contract after requests to extend the due-diligence period were denied. And now the property is back on the market again… and the building is still sitting dormant, full of happy ghosts.

At this point, I'm starting to wonder if they will ever sell the building, or if it will tragically be torn down like many other pieces of history before it.

On a side note, today is my girlfriend’s birthday. There is a hidden little note for her in the comic… assuming it can be seen. For anyone who cares what I hid for my girlfriend feel free to search around like this is some sort of “Where’s Waldo”, I will tell you, it's probably not worth the effort. :)
