The one thing that should have been safe gave Lola food poisoning. I once had a very severe case of food poisoning. It was pretty hilarious because the first thing I threw up was marinara meat sauce (it was not the source of the food poisoning, just the last thing I ate), so it looked as though I had vomited a bunch of flesh and blood. I'm pretty sure it freaked my mom out when she first saw it late that evening. I of course realized what it was by the taste it left in my mouth….. Fun times.
