I had a lot of fun making up the designs for the council members on the spot. I had worked on exactly none of them before I had started on this page and only realized that I need detailed character designs and then I wrote out possible backstories and future plot ideas for each of them.

My favorites are the neon-green-punk, the animal lady with the space kimono, and the elf with the spiky ponytail and ridiculous goggle-visor-thing.

Oh, and Councillor Sinclair's design as well, those hair-tassel-banner things with glowy runes are rad.

Oh right, I think I totally messed up with the hologram menus but really I had no idea what to do with 'em so whatev's!
