I decided early on I was going to have very detailed, consistent backgrounds. I thought, therefore; it was very important to have good detailed notes about what the backgrounds looked like.
Since at that time I made the logical extrapolation that since the main character was a recluse, most of the comic would be taking place in her bedroom.
I am not sure how I was so wrong.
