Once again, the joke is largely based on a summery of the entire comic. I swear that this isn't just one of those webcomics where random stuff happens with no explanation and it's presented as humor, it's just sometimes the conversation sounds like it makes less sense than it does.

Catholic Pedophilia aren't the only ones capable of making excessive pop culture references.
Here we see Papillon's roommates, and more importantly Papillon with his hair down. I missed him.
The couch is based off of the cheapest couch in Sims 2. I wonder how it looks under black light. Which they probably have. I know there's a tank of neons somewhere about the room.
