He we get futher insight into Papillon's thought process, which really does explain why it is he's been friends with Rosiline for so long and not noticed that she's in love with him.
Techinically, he has reached the right conclusion. And his thinking faces are kind of adorable. You might notice that both of his eyebrows are black in this storyline, because his hair has grown out. I always find that one of the most annoying aspects of having dyed hair, that your eyebrows very quickly revert to their orginial color. You have hide roots with a hat or with limited success and a visor, as Papillon is doing here, but the eyebrows just turn back.
He is passing "Room 106" because when I was drawing this page, I was writing a Dr. Who fanfic which invovled the tenth and sixth Doctors. It was sort of a personal joke. You can read it here, but it gets sort of saucy towards the end.
