Interestingly enough, originally "Heroin" actually was a brand name. It was a cough syrup, owned by Bayer.
This comic, visually, is very much a reshoot of Papillon's introduction. How he's grown. Now he has fandoms. As witnessed by his fifth Doctor shirt and the Rarity and Applejack on his hip swag. He's probably got all of the mane six, but the other four are behind the teacher's head.
His pants were inspired by Tom Baker's scarf, but that's hard to tell in black and white.
