Somebody overheard the upper management talk about laying off people.

That would be great if I was one of those laid off.

Why? So I can take more courses on automotive or construction… while getting severance pay and employment insurance at the same time. And automotive or construction are NOT dead ends and they pay better.

Dang office jobs… you are really gonna be most likely to be downsized due to "re-structuring".
