@trevoramueller - tnx for the compliment about my dialog. Though I still think that my dialog is still a problem because English isnt my 1st language.

@Akki333 - I googled Ana Karenina and its a Russian book. Are you from Russia (or any of those former soviet bloc states) by any chance? How's it like there?

@krisikas - In North America that kind of talking tho has also been assimilated by other races aside from blacks… particularly the young adults who occupy the lower middle to lower class of society… since they mostly find solace in hip-hop music which they can relate to. And besides… for some reason hip-hop is considered 'cool' in North America.

And the hand proportion yea I think its a bit off (tnx for pointing that out). Though I'd also say Eman is supposedly around 5'5 while Tyrone is around 6'0. Then again my size relations are off sometimes. Something I need to work on.

@JustNoPoint - The top panel was a pain to draw. Multi-objects… multi-people… toughest panels to draw. At least I'm getting practice now since theres a future scene in this comic that has people fleeing in terror. :(

And yep. Lets assume here that Devon Legacy is one of the animes he watches. This story is set in the not to distant future (could be passed off as the 'present'… since script of future chapters has references to Virginia Tech, Darfur, Burma, etc.) and lets assume DLP is an anime in the not-so-far future.

@Rutger - I thought its funny too thats why I put it in this comic. :) Eman… in the previous page is also just fooling around with his friends pretending he's sad.

@Peipei - I hate that too… my few 'friends' did that sometimes. I was an A-rank loner then… so it was tough shit for me.

Anime is multicultural and multi-age range. Its not just an asian thing and its not just 'for kids'.
