Rant of the Day

Interesting where the word "Holocaust" came from.

http://www.thefreedictionary.com/holocaust

Word History: Totality of destruction has been central to the meaning of holocaust since it first appeared in Middle English in the 14th century, used in reference to the biblical sacrifice in which a male animal was wholly burnt on the altar in worship of God.

Why is the massacre of millions of jews in WW2 is called a holocaust?
Does that means they were killed as a sacrifice to some "God"? But you might ask. What kind of bloodthirsty "God" would demand that many dead bodies for it to be appeased? And why the need to sacrifice that many people?

Interestingly enough, why is human sacrifice common throughout different cultures all throughout history?

What kind of "God" is this? That demands blood and pain and suffering for it to be appeased?

Or is that not God.

Could this "God" that they sacrificed to be really Satan? Or could they be a group of extraterrestrials. You know… the reptoids that David Icke talks about.

Something isn't right here.

@JustNoPoint - I'm also skeptical of every source. But a good way of thinking critically is to ask yourself QUI BONO (who benefits?)

@LanceDanger, ghostrunner, trevoramueller, krisikas, SarahN - thanks for commenting.

@Walrus - In Catholicism, suicide is a sin because it is looked at the same way as murder because only God has the right to decide when you die. So, suicide isn't a sin in your church?

@worstcase, BlkKnight, croxtonhas, magickmaker - As you can see, Eman just got shot. :(

@patoborracho - He needs magical powers.

@Peipei - While this story is partially influenced by THE MATRIX, I'm not that cheap to rip off the movie just like that. Good guessing though. And yeah. This comic will also cover themes of false realities and such.
