Rant of the Day

I almost got mugged by two black guys. And I wished I had a gun (its illegal to carry guns up here in Canada).

Because I'm a disarmed slave with no right to carry a gun, the only weapons I had were:
- kubaton
- steel toed boots
- I'm no blackbelt but I'd say I'm competent enough in fighting.

I'm too lazy to narrate the whole story right now but they decided to run away after I was able to sidestep a grab attempt and pull out my kubaton as I jumped on less-slippery ground (the sidewalk was slippery due to snow).

But all I can say is during the entire experience, I felt this weird combination of fear and eagerness for combat.

After the encounter, it just hit me just how HEAVILY BRAINWASHED we are. That we should just sit there and let the baddies take us out… while we call 9-1-1 and let government come in and save us. We've been HEAVILY BRAINWASHED into the VICTIM MINDSET.

Look. I'm not a victim. Any attempt to harm me or kill me will be met with deadly force. I will fight back however I can.

And no I'm not "macho" (I seriously had a psychiatrist tell me where did I get that macho mindset after asking me a bunch of questions back when I needed psychiatric care for depression). I'm just a regular guy who still has something between my legs. I'm not special. I'm not macho. If I were macho, I'd be a boxer or ultimate fighter.

@I Am The 1337 Master - I don't think you've been to hell before. :) Speaking of hell, it reminds me of Haiti. Those poor people who lost homes and family members is a real tragedy. Please donate. And make sure the charities you donate to are legitimate.

@ghostrunner - lots of ammo can fit in that coat.

@Freakeh - get an airsoft gun or a toy gun for reference if guns are illegal in your country. I'd buy those model soldiers they sell at Toys R Us.
