SATAN CREATED HELL.  NOT GOD.
Consider this verse:
Revelation 12:9
The great dragon was hurled
down–that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the
whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.
The
bible is clear that Satan was thrown out of heaven into the
EARTH.  Which is consistent with the idea of a very loving God.  He
didnt destroy Satan or decide to torture him… just kick him out of the
kingdom.
Um… but what about the lake of fire described in the Bible in many verses?  
There
is NOT ONE verse that says that the lake of fire was created by
God.  Because such a place would be INCONSISTENT with the idea of a very
loving God.  
But what about Matthew 25:41 where Jesus says:
"Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.
It says PREPARED FOR.  But it doesnt say WHO PREPARED the eternal fire?  When you say "PREPARED FOR"… lets use "prepared for" in a sentence.
Here's some spark plugs prepared for that Honda Civic.  Go install them please.  
In
that sentence, it does not necessarily say that the one handing over
the spark plugs is the same person who made those spark plugs.  So it is
an ASSUMPTION to ASSUME that Jesus created Hell.  Which is NOT
TRUE.  Because it is impossible for someone so loving to create such a
place of torment.  And the Bible says that God is LOVE (1 John 4:8).  
And remember the cliche verse of Christianity… John 3:16…
For
God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
So…
we have a God who is so loving that he is willing to give his only
son.  But at the same time… that same God would create a horrible
place like HELL?  That lake of fire?  Does that make sense to you?
But
the next question is… WHY would Satan create Hell for himself?  What
idiot will build a lake of fire for himself to live in?  
Um…
demonic entities… FEED UPON negative emotions.  Hate, fear, anger,
sadness, etc.  Just as how humans and other biological entities would
need to consume plant or animal matter for their sustenance.  
And
since demons feed upon negative emotions, they would need to harvest
souls… and put them in the lake of fire (aka HELL).  From which to use
them as their means of sustenance.  And the lake of fire… (aka HELL)
is the perfect place to create suffering and agony and harvest all those
negative emotions.
Satanic rituals need to cause some form of pain and suffering to a victim in order to summon demons…
In Aleister Crowley's book Magick in Theory and Practice, he says this:
The
animal should therefore be killed within the Circle, or the Triangle,
as the case may be, so that its energy cannot escape. An animal should
be selected whose nature accords with that of the ceremony — thus, by
sacrificing a female lamb one would not obtain any appreciate quantity
of the fierce energy useful to a Magician who was invoking Mars. In such
a case a ram would be more suitable. And this ram should be virgin —
the whole potential of its original total energy should not have been
diminished in any way. For the highest spiritual working one must
accordingly choose that victim which contains the greatest and purest
force. A male child of perfect innocence and high intelligence is the most satisfactory and suitable victim.
{95} For evocations it would be more convenient to place the blood of
the victim in the Triangle — the idea being that the spirit might obtain
from the blood this subtle but physical substance which was the
quintessence of its life in such a manner as to enable it to take on a
visible and tangible shape.

So the evidence is clear.  GOD DID NOT CREATE HELL.  FOR GOD IS LOVE.  AND HELL IS A PLACE WHERE THERE IS NO LOVE.
