OMG in the second to last panel, TOM LOOKS LIKE SALAD-FINGERS!!! AAAHHHH!!! hehehe. (you all know salad-fingers, right? that messed up short animation series?? *shudders* creepy… hehe)
I love how this page came out!!! Seriously, it only took me like an hour and 15 minutes to pencil AND ink it!!! and then like 3 hours to tone (it usually takes me a while to put folds in clothing and shade their faces, which I really didn't do here)! Usually I take 6-7 hours per page!! (and page 148 took me a really long time, because my computer turned off on me… TWICE… while I was doing it!! *sobs hysterically*) haha, you can totally tell I didn't use a ruler for anything.. that tape looks like it was left out in the sun!!! hehe!!! (although I did photoshop the railing… I knew I would botch that up if I did it by hand, because I'm allergic to rulers.) hehe and you can also tell I drew this after I got theorah's fanart, because if you look, Eve's hair looks a little different– all cute and kinda spiky in the back, like it was in theorah's picture… (ReadTheorah'sComicsNOWWW) Oh, when Tom mentions the "other psychos" I'm pretty sure he's just referring to Erika and King. Erika for very obvious reasons (because she chased him with a gun, hehe?) and King because… well King acts a little funny around Tom. Sometimes he's really cold and mean, and other times he's nice, and so Tom can't seem to get used to him. (argh why am I saying this? I should be SHOWING it in the COMICCC!! ;_;_;_;!!!) I really, really love these romantic scenes. Like, REALLY. Probably because my love life is such a depressing wasteland (the occasional "dates", but nothing… nothing serious ;_;…) so I act out all my romantic fantasies in my comic. "What's this? Two attractive, awesome men vying for Eve's attention? Oh, the decisions! Should she go for King, who's tall and handsome and strong? Or Tom, who's shorter and handsome and emotionally weak? Or Zombie, who's all wounded and depressed and handsome but really fun and 'rebellious' and can play instruments and sing? Which one?!?!" whereas in real life I'm like, "which casual male acquaintance should I say hi to today? aahh!! decisions!!" hehe. anyway, if things get too Mary Sueish around here, please tell me. ^^ heeheee! I'm in NYC this weekend, isn't that kewl? I'm staying with my friend Laura and we're gonna hang out and have f~u~n yay!! (my sister's coming too and we're going to go see the "Bodies" exhibit. ewww… cool… ewww)
