you see? King has a guilt complex because of his eye (heh… it'll be explained in grisly detail in chapter 8…) so he doesn't want to get close to Eve because he's afraid he'll hurt her. And Eve is unconsciously scared that she may have feelings for her close childhood friend, so she represses them. There are some major roadblocks for the EvexKing pairing… oh but there are even bigger roadblocks for EvexTom, too!!! as for TomxKing, which is my favorite couple (come on!! they man-hugged!!!!!! *drools!!* and they don't get along well!! Doesn't that mean they're in love??) there are insurmountable roadblocks, one of which is the fact that both of them are straight ;_;.
omg… one more page and it's FLASHBACK TIME!!!! awesomeee!!!
I'm so happy I got so many pages done this break. what an awesome spring break for lame-o homebodies like me!
my uncle (Dan… he's not one of my favorites) was like, "spring break? you didn't go to daytona beach or something?"
I guess some people like that kind of amusement, but I much prefer locking myself in my room and drawing, skipping meals and skipping sleep. What can I say? I'm an artiste. also I'm really lazy, so if it involves being outside or walking around… no thanks. (and hey, skipping meals paid off cause I lost weight! woot! …now watch me gain it all back as I revert to my college diet… T_T)
