Awww…

I actually had many ideas on how to off this guy. Would he have a heart attack? Would he die of shock? Would he die from a rock to the head?

I actually first drew him with his eyes wide open in fright, but… I decided against it. I think I'll leave his death up to the readers to figure out.

As for why Death decided to converse if he was just going to kill him - he already stated. Boredom.

Sometimes, you just wanna get there early and chat it up, y'know? Before you take their lives and leave them to rot in the grave.

(I wonder how long it will take before someone finds his body…)
