Miss Beagle is not quite a new character. She looked different when she first appeared & her memory of events of that story are… limited. Although readers familiar with past stories should be able to guess who she was. ;-)

The cameo in the third panel was supposed to be Bria of Pr0nCrest, but I'm not happy with her appearance so I guess it's just a generic member of L.A.M.E. rather than Bria.
