Marcus ”Milo” Fáelán Fannon

Milo is the usual early thirties guy. He’s working as a security guard at a local, very small, airstrip where work usually means sipping coffee and following soap-operas on TV all night long. Working the late shift for too many years; Milo has become somewhat of an addict to coffee. But don’t offer him a donut. He hates the very sight of donuts.

The most important part of Milos’ life is his daughter Maddie. He’s always trying to guide her through life; teaching her valuable lessons without giving the impression of interfering. There’s always a plan in Milos’ head for his daughter, but somehow he manage to never seem controlling. Maddie loves her dad over everything else, and he’s doing a good job at being a single parent. Maddie can sometime be a struggle to raise, but it is quite clear whom she got her intelligence and golden heart from. But underneath the happy, content everyday Milo there is a tint of nostalgic tragedy, sometimes erupting through his outer shell.

His real name is Marcas. Being Irish descendant has not only brought him red hair; but also problems with people having difficulty spelling his name. He’s unofficially (or more like officially) known as Marcus and, among friends, “Milo”. Fáelán means ”wolf” in old Irish language.
