For Kazumi's original design, she had those sort of twin-ponytail things like Niko usually wears (but higher up on her head) which is easy to draw but kind of a generic anime-girl hairstyle. One of the things I wanted to do was give her a unique feature, and I'm actually really happy with the little 'horns' she has. Don't ask me how she does those, I'm not a hairdresser. All I know is, I drew the horns on, and there she was.
