I promised a strip called Pants. Tommorow! I forgot that the city was still underwater. I am not happy with the water running out of the city. I will lock myself in the labratory until I find a good way to do it. In case I ever have to raise a city out of the sea again! Anyway this will pretty much finish up the damp part of the kids quest but Wheels will be getting wet real soon. (I'm such a tease)
