Ok for those of you who don't do radio speak for a living here is a little radio 101. When speaking to one station and need to immediately speak to a second you insert the word break between messages as a sort of audio punctuation. That is what Wheels is doing in the second panel. I'm sure AK Brando could do the explanation better. Bunsen on the other hand has poor radio procedures. A new Tales_From_the_Institute is up please check it out.
