Robert has not been making great decisions lately. Not using his armor for one. But Wheels has been trying to keep the space technology separate from day to day Terran activities. Robert has honored that request. I have a picture somewhere in this mess of Predator, Hammerhead,and Mako being re-provisioned by a goblin farmer from a cart drawn bu oxen. Terra is that type of world.  And before anyone asks about the guns. Wheels himself has been using those same guns since the beginning of the strip in 2006. 
We will now leave Robert and join Cory. Robert is not the only one with issues.
