If you are one of the four people that read my strip "Tales from the Institute" you might remember Crest appeared to Dark Eyes while she was being operated on after being shot. Crest reminds DE that she became a healer because of Crest's death. Now Crest gets to visit her two little sisters. Crest was thirteen when she died hence the little kid ghost. She is three years older than Silver Stripe and one year older than Fox Fur. I hint at some family turmoil back at the bat camp. Dark Eyes ran away and Fox Fur never returned from her shopping trip to the mall. We will look at this closer later. But for those of you keeping track. Grandma is Dark Eyes' mother.
