The slavers had Dlanor and Jewel as prisoners for many years. They used Dlanor as muscle. The Dragons were convinced that Dlanor and Jewel have gone rogue. Royal Mother put him on Fox Fur's hit list of Rogue dragons that must be destroyed. Fortunately Fox Fur is a reluctant killer and while she considered she realized the Dlanor was himself a slave. On learning about this Royal Mother decided to throw her support behind the Wizard Council. She realized that Dragons or not they need help to hunt slavers down.
