It appears that magic works in strange ways. The magic that pairs up riders and dragons has selected a dead pooka. Foxy is pretty sensitive about killing dragons even when they deserve it and are on Royal Mothers "list". No Foxy is put in a position to kill an innocent with the power that up until now she really enjoyed. We will see how this is going to go.
