Alright let’s think about the condition of the wreck. Cleat and Boulder destroyed the in system engines and engine room with the long lance gun in Mist’s car. Robert and Cleat shut down the star drive locally, then the ship crashed into the bay. Salt water is bad for machinery. Even alien machinery. So the only way Senator Thurgood could energize the Guns On that wreck was with auxiliary power from small auxiliary reactors. I think they are still hot. I wonder how they will react to a sudden influx of salt water.
