So the little blue bottle is distilled Magic, first mentioned during the cross over wars and HK broke up a smuggling ring in the Dragon Lair. At least she thought she did. Now she has to back track and discover where the distilled magic came from, all while Sheriff reaper Lilly investigates what the former dispatcher was using the stuff for.
