Ashes Krieg might have been abused, but she was pretty smart. HK has a well developed sense of justice. Her little gambit is not mentioned in her rules. Apparently whoever wrote HK’s primer had never foreseen a Necromancer Grim Reaper. Also HK was pretty sure no one would know what she had done or care. These things will happen if you employ a living reaper who can raise the dead.
