Swabby is Foxy’s adopted daughter. The former cabin slave on a slave ship, she is a talented leather worker as well as the only known rune writer on Terra. Because rune writing often entails applying the runes to people, Swabby is an expert tattoo artist. She has applied many runes to her own body.
Why in the library? Swabby’s mentor is Ogre Bob, the world librarian and he is encouraging her to practice her rune writing and has installed a small tattoo palor/ rune writing studio in the library.
