As many of you have had a great deal to say about Naght Krieg and Ogre Bos. Both are long-running villains of mine and favorites to boot. The point here is Dead people don’t spend money. They don't earn money and it is hard to collect money from them. The whole thing is saving their customer base. Hence Customer Retention.
