Starting a ruckus at the institute is probably a bad idea. The head of security is a Night Elf know as Moonlore, a tough as nails cop who happens to be a Druid. In addition there is a troop of paladins that will happily help her make reprobates sorry they visited the place.
But there is a problem today. Most of the population of the institute is still helping at the Commerce Islands disaster and as a result there is only a skeleton crew there. But still if you happen to be someone with evil intent, I think there are still plenty of good guys who would be happy to spoil your day.
