When the volcano exploded near the Commerce Islands, (the Mall), it not only devastated the city it disrupted magical communications over the whole world. The result is that there are large swarths of Terra that don not know what happened. Enter the Sisters of the Herald. The Reverend Mother is anxious to find out what’s happening in the world outside.
