I believe that the residents of Seaville are not pleased with their situation. But there are some people in town who have decided to make life difficult for the slavers. In some cases they are making the slavers lives over. The innkeeper is the contact that the nun’s told the girls about. Windy has decided that she and Stormy are adventurers. She seems to forget the would be in-laws following them around.
