(0005) ~> SEARCH ROOM FOR WAND
OhSoVeryAdorkable onYour name is Maige. Just Maige. You have a last name, but names are powerful things, and you’ll be keeping yours to your self, thank you very much.
You are a 17ish-year-old wizard in training. For those who aren’t familiar with how The Witch Or Wizarding Organization works, in order to become a witch or wizard, one must study and practice The Fae until they have mastered the three fundamental magic-folk properties: A good witch or wizard must be able to brew potions, cast spells, charms, and enchantments, and of course, they must be able to fly on a broom. Your potions are perfect, your mastery of spells, charms, and enchantments alike are outstanding for someone who isn’t a full recognized wizard. In fact, they’re above that. You might as well call yourself a wizard right now, as you are.
But…
Well…
You can’t fly on broom, okay!? Gods, so what? Why did you even bring it up?
That being said, you don’t have your wand yet. So thanks for rubbing it in, fartface.
Wizards and witches only receive their wands at the end of their training, and the beginning of their magic-folk career. And since you can’t fly a broom, you’ve been told to give up your hopes of ever getting one.
But there is one exception. You’ve heard in great tales (and in evengreater rumors) that if a wizard in training does something great, he or she will be accepted by TWOWO and treated as if flying on a broom doesn’t even matter.
So that’s what you plan to do. You’ll do something great.
That is why you must go out on a quest.
