The Peculiar Purple Pieman

You're probaably wondering why Waluigi is stealing the pies, and not, say, Kind Dedede. Well, I always kinda thought that Waluigi looked like the Peculiar Purple Pieman.

To be fair, the Purple Pieman didn't steal pies, he *made* them. It's been a long time since I watched Strawberry Shortcake, and I don't really remember what exactly the Purple Pieman did that was evil. I remember he and his girl-friend(?) once cheated to win a pet talent contest. Which sounds like something Team Rocket has done.
