#16 - Are you sure you paid the bill???

How many times has this happened to you? All of a sudden we lost power…yes, we had paid the bill…Turns out it had something to do with the apartment complex…Nothing to do with us…We were still without power for four days…I did get half the house rearranged…Not finished (Since I now have electricity…)
