Gundula Fun Facts II - Pt. 1/2

As the first issue of "Gundula Fun Facts" was well-received as far as I can tell, I will continue posting new ones between story arcs. This one is based on a true story.
I planned on restricting each issue to a single page (as a matter of fact I still do), but as the file would have gotten ridiculously large I've decided to split it up. Next week I'll post the second part and after that we'll get back to the regular comic pages.

Page Description (as if there isn't enough to read already):
pic #1 - I know that there are Ikea franchises in the US as well as on the British Isles and at least one in Australia, so I hope they're well-known enough so that the gag isn't lost on anybody. I really don't know, and I'd appreciate if you let me know.

pic #2 - To be honest, Bremen did have some of Europe's most modern fortifications at that time and they actually were adequately manned - this is rather how today's administration would have solved the matter.

pic #4 - That chamber really exists, it's in the upper storey of Bremen's renaissance town-hall. It is most famous for the huge model ships suspended from the ceiling, the oldest of which was made in 1549. I was lucky enough to be able to visit it years ago and I'm afraid my drawing (based on a photo) doesn't even capture half of its beauty. Can't be helped.
