step 2: open the belly from butt to breastbone
step 3: Remove everything that can be removed by hand (all the intestines and the other yucky stuff) and feed it to your tiger, he'll appreciate it. (Unlike Gundula, use latex gloves!!)
step 4: Pluck out all the other feathers and remove the feet, the tips of the wings and the head.
