I knew a tomcat who knew how to use a door handle in theory - if the door was closed he always tried to reach it. Unfortunately he kept missing it by about one inch. Must have been very frustrating.

Although the Torfhäuser Straße, where Gundula lives, is fictional, those who know Bremen very well should be able to make an educated guess if the tiger knows where he's going. The building style is quite typical for the parts where this is set.
Also, I'd like to remind you that this comic is set more or less in the present despite the abundance of vintage cars. I just like to draw them.
