Fun Facts V - Riding Along in my Automobile (2 of 3)

Yup. It's two of three now. That's what happens when you get a sudden flash of imagination even though you were almost done with the episode. Hope the wall of text isn't too much of a nuisance, it's one of the reasons why I decided to make two pages instead of one by adding a few panels. To make up for it, next page will be only few text but lots of artwork. Also, I'll have a little surprise for you next week.

And no, I'm still not prejudiced. Remember that 1914's Gundula is still learning to drive and had only had a crash course yet(pun intended). I mainly introduced her fiancé, by the way, because I wanted to draw Christian too in fin-de-siècle style for once ;) .

There is a true story that inspired this and the next page as well, only I'm too tired now to tell it (it's almost Friday morning as I type this), and anyway there's already enough text on this page, isn't there?
