Where is the Tiger?

This is the page I actually wanted to upload last week and the start of a new story arc. As (I think) I already announced, the last panel of this page is a little picture puzzle and your second chance to get the exclusive full-colour Master the Tiger wallpaper. All you need to do is send me a PQ or an E-Mail to tell me where the Tiger is hiding. Hint: "in Gundula's living room" isn't precise enough. Also, if you'd prefer a different size than 1024x768 please tell me so, too. I can provide it in just about any size imaginable.
Being the nice guy I am, I've also uploaded a larger version of that panel on my DA-account.

The solution to this puzzle will be part of the page in two week's time. Why two weeks? Well, you'll see next update.

Before I forget: The mysterious politician of last week was of course Otto von Bismarck.
